Zero-Out-of-Pocket Collision Repair*
For qualifying insurance claims, Car Geeks Collision coordinates the estimate, supplements and insurer billing to help prevent unexpected repair charges. Your deductible and any costs not covered by the policy remain your responsibility unless a separate, documented benefit applies.
“Zero out of pocket” means that an eligible customer has no unexpected repair charges beyond the amounts identified in the insurance policy, coverage decision and written repair authorization. It does not automatically mean that a policy deductible is waived.

Before Work Starts
Written Estimate & Repair Authorization
Before repairs begin, Car Geeks Collision provides a written estimate or repair authorization explaining the planned work, expected charges and the customer’s intended payment responsibility. If additional damage is discovered, we document it and request approval before completing supplemental work.
