Share your year, make and model, what happened, and clear photos of the damaged area from a few angles — plus a wider shot of the whole vehicle. If a claim is open, your carrier and claim number help us prepare documentation.

Is an online estimate the same as an in-person inspection?

No. A photo-based estimate is a written starting point only. A final repair plan requires an in-person inspection, and in many cases partial disassembly, so we can see structural, mechanical and electronic damage that photos cannot show.

Additional damage found during disassembly is documented as a supplement with photos and applicable published OEM repair procedures, and it is reviewed with you and your insurer before that work proceeds.
